Repair Quality Engineer

At Motorola Solutions, we develop advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and products for safety and physical security, including video analytics, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. The role supports Supplier Development engineering, Suppliers, EMS Electronic Manufacturing Solutions, DC Distributions Center, and Repair Quality. The position is onsite at Warsaw or Krakow facility.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or repair operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, DFMEA, and CPK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quality assurance certification or Six Sigma belt is a plus.

• Initiate detailed quality plans addressing customer expectations and deliverables.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional activities addressing qualification and quality events using 8D methodology.
• Drive resolution of complex problems and customer complaints using the JIRA tool and 8D methodology.
• Champion design and manufacturing improvements based on return data analysis to reduce Customer Bounce metric.
• Develop, maintain, and report on product quality metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare and present quality performance results to senior Supply Chain and Design Engineering leadership.
• Manage quality performance of all EMEA Repair centers by monitoring KPIs and initiating Corrective Actions when necessary.
