CSOD Data Migration Consultan

• Proven hands-on experience migrating data into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform on enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of CSOD data models, Edge Import, and standard data load specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot migration errors, data mismatches, and CSOD API/Edge import logs.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• CSOD Implementer / Technical Certification.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/VBA, or data transformation tools (Python/ETL platforms) for data cleaning and validation.
• Experience with overnight/cutover data migration in global, multi-timezone environments.
• Knowledge of legacy HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or custom LMS databases.

• End-to-end data migration planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation into CSOD modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements, legacy field mapping, and transformation rules for CSOD.
• Utilize CSOD Edge and standard data load templates (Edge Import) for data transfer.
• Perform mock migrations, data integrity checks, reconciliation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with client IT teams, CSOD Global Customer Support (GCS), and project managers to manage migration timelines, risks, and cutover strategies.
