IAM Integration Engineer (One Identity)

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of One Identity or relevant target systems: SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.
• Experience in IAM / IGA integration in enterprise environments.
• Capability in technical analysis and requirements writing.
• Ability to define mappings, interface logic, and connection design.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance sector or similarly regulated industries.

• Technical analysis of integrations and connection scenarios, assessing implementation needs.
• Defining mappings, interface logic, and connection design.
• Documenting technical requirements clearly for implementation teams.
• Working in a detailed and implementation-oriented manner across target systems including SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.
• Regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).
