Senior Atlassian Consultant [90-120 PLN/h netto + VAT]

Deviniti provides consulting and configuration services for Atlassian products, supporting business clients in designing solutions to improve their PPM / PMO processes. The Atlassian Consultants team consists of 12 people including Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultants, and Senior Atlassian Consultants who work using Agile practices.

• Experience as a consultant or administrator with Atlassian products
• Experience working directly with business clients to gather requirements
• High level of independence and ownership of client topics end-to-end
• Experience configuring and customizing Atlassian products
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes and working with Agile methodologies/project management
• Troubleshooting skills
• Confident communication in English and Polish (minimum B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• Scripting skills (Groovy/ScriptRunner)
• Atlassian (ACP) and/or ITIL certifications
• Knowledge of Azure and SharePoint
• Educational background in IT or business

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud
• Design and implement tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with client goals
• Configure and customize Atlassian products including Jira Service Management, Jira, and Confluence
• Advise clients on process best practices including ITSM, PMO/PPM, ESM, and Agile
• Train client teams on using Atlassian Cloud tools and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues during and after migration
• Keep up to date with new developments, including AI and automation features, to propose innovative client solutions
