RADMOR S.A. is part of the largest private defense group in Poland, engaging in national and international projects related to radio and telecommunication systems.

• Good knowledge of radio communication and telecommunication systems and networks
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the radio communication industry (military communication experience is a plus)
• Ability to work with radio equipment
• Knowledge of network concepts (IP networks), CCNA certification or higher
• Practical skills in configuring network devices
• Ability to use tools and power tools in electronics
• Technical higher education (Radio Communication, Telecommunication, Electronics)
• English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written)
• Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix environment
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Ability to operate measurement devices (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer)
• Experience in projects related to integration and implementation of telecommunication systems
• Skills in operating and configuring Mikrotik network devices, preferably certified
• State qualification certificate for operation of (E) installations, devices, and electrical networks up to 1000 V

• Conducting laboratory and field tests of radio stations
• Designing, implementing, and developing physical test environments
• Providing technical support to the sales and customer service departments
