Windows Engineer (End-user computing)

Sopra Steria is one of the largest players in the tech industry in Europe, offering consulting, digital services, and software development. The Polish branch, operating as the Global Delivery Center in Katowice since 2007, currently has around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department specializes in cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security. The Application Services department focuses on software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM, ERP platform integrations, and application management for customers across Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and macOS device management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Good knowledge of SCCM administration, including software distribution and deployment.
• Proven experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience in application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Background working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage and support diverse endpoint ecosystems while ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and regularly visit the Katowice office at least 2-3 days per week.

• End-to-end device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administration and continuous improvement of Jamf, Intune, and SCCM environments.
• Advanced 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Application lifecycle management including packaging, deployment, updating, and retirement of applications.
• Automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration across multiple customer teams and technical disciplines.
• Knowledge sharing and strengthening the competence of the broader EUC team.
• Supporting both operational delivery and strategic modernization initiatives.
