Business - System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They work across software, embedded systems, data, and cloud services, offering technology consultancy, software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT or Business-System Analyst
• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation
• Practical knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in testing and collaborating with IT teams
• Basic knowledge of system integration and IBM MQ queues
• Knowledge of banking processes, especially payments and settlements
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Swift messages

• Develop and maintain banking payment and settlement solutions
• Analyze reports and define requirements
• Coordinate changes with business and IT teams
• Prepare documentation and collaborate with development teams
• Create test scenarios and support testing processes
• Analyze data using SQL, XML, and JSON
• Use Jira and Confluence tools
• Work in a hybrid model with bi-monthly office presence in Warsaw
