Solution Architect (Data)

Procter & Gamble is hiring for a Solution Architect (Data) role based in Warszawa focusing on the Europe Transportation Ecosystem, involving digital product development and enterprise architecture within this domain.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or IT industry
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures, specifically Azure, enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices
• Proven experience leading solution design for generative technologies including effort estimation, pricing, and business case presentations
• Deep knowledge of system, application, and infrastructure security architecture
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, database systems, and query optimization
• Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure
• Basic programming skills in Python and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proactive approach
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Sonarqube, Github, and Azure DevOps
• Basic project management skills or experience in large projects as team member
• Experience working in Agile frameworks and environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to have:

• Significant experience in data and automation solution architecture with focus on Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Semantic Model and large language models (LLMs)
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure AI services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience identifying opportunities for transformation, automation, and AI in enterprise settings
• Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
• Understanding of data governance and data privacy principles
• Prior knowledge of Power Platform
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols
• Experience with rapid prototyping of Generative and Agentic AI solutions
• Consulting background or client-facing technical specialist experience

Strategic Architecture & Ecosystem Vision:

• Execute and evolve the solution architectural vision and strategy for the Europe Transportation Ecosystem
• Collaborate with business process experts, product owners, developers, operations, and external partners to bring digital products from concept to reality

Hands-on Architecture & Delivery:

• Participate in solution discovery and translate complex business requirements into solution architectural designs for agentic solutions, communication platforms, and Control Tower
• Engage hands-on with data architecture, including data modeling, mapping, and schema definition to progress the semantic layer
• Build, prototype, and iterate solution designs with product and project teams, actively involved in the development lifecycle
• Ensure a robust data and semantic layer foundation supporting current and future European Transportation programs

Architecture Stewardship & Enterprise Alignment:

• Develop and maintain architectural assets such as reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines
• Conduct architecture reviews for ongoing projects ensuring compliance with standards, security, and performance
• Manage and curate architectural artifacts including process flows, diagrams, data, frameworks, and technology stacks
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and ARB Working Groups presenting and defending architectural decisions

Knowledge Acceleration & Innovation:

• Define, document, and promote architectural best practices and design principles
• Lead and contribute to Communities of Practice fostering knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on architectural advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends relevant to agentic solutions, data platforms, and enterprise integration
• Identify and evaluate innovative opportunities
