Agile Delivery Specialist

InsERT is hiring for an Agile Delivery Specialist position, based in Wrocław, Poland.

• Experience working with IT team processes such as Kanban, Scrumban, and Scrum.
• Knowledge of metrics that support team work and the ability to select and interpret them appropriately.
• Agile mindset focusing on understanding the purpose of practices over strict Scrum knowledge.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Ability to share knowledge, conduct consultations, workshops, and training.
• Higher education degree.

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting workshops and training.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello.
• Background in Product, Project, or Delivery Management.

• Work with teams on improving their work processes and flow.
• Help teams understand Agile processes and practices.
• Advise on selecting process practices and tools that address real team problems.
• Support teams in implementing changes and evaluating their effects.
• Strengthen teams' sense of responsibility for decisions and results.
• Assist teams in organizing dependencies and effective collaboration.
• Participate in company events and integrations.
