Engineering Manager, Product Platform

• Extensive software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context.
• Experience or interest in financial technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to developing and coaching engineers.
• Experience managing software projects through the SDLC, improving agile processes, estimation, and project planning.

• Drive the technical direction for cross-cutting products across Addepar.
• Collaborate with teams from various departments to implement platform strategies.
• Build and manage a team of exceptional engineers.
• Ensure flawless and timely execution of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners across Addepar.
• Contribute to shaping product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements.
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Deliver solutions for clients and improve engineering processes.
• Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results.
