Product Designer, Coordinate

Asana is engaged in designing future teamwork products and features. The Coordinate team focuses on workflows critical to organizational operations, aiming to integrate human and agent task execution to improve efficiency. The design team at Asana emphasizes a human-centered design process with diverse design disciplines collaborating to enhance product and brand impact.

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with a willingness to learn and leverage them for productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Over 5 years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process, communicating design work with rationale informed by research and data, and shipping end-to-end features at scale
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem-solver using divergent and iterative methods to evolve concepts
• Embodies openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset
• Customer-centric approach with ability to elicit non-obvious customer needs and synthesize research to define problems narrowly

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build, and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for the user experience
• Contribute to the design system to ensure cohesive product experiences
• Facilitate and role-model human-centered problem solving and co-creation across the organization
• Learn and apply new methods to solve complex problems to enhance customer benefits such as flow, efficiency, and engagement
• Help shape a product that is intuitive, elegant, and speaks with a unified voice

This position is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with optional remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays depending on role and recruiter guidelines. Employment is under a contract of employment in Poland.
