Senior Operations Data Analyst

• Strong, hands-on experience with Tableau building and developing dashboards independently.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
• Experience working with operational data and creating reports that inform business decisions.
• Ability to define metrics, assess data quality, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive and self-directed in managing and completing tasks.
• Experience collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes or reporting.
• Background in a SaaS environment; experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or related functions is valuable.
• Interest in learning new systems and applying AI tools to practical problems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Professional Services Automation platforms, Jira, or other data tools is a plus.

• Build and improve Tableau dashboards and reports for Professional Services leaders to monitor team and project performance.
• Use SQL to query, check, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with managers to define useful metrics and translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Check data quality, investigate gaps, and improve reporting reliability.
• Support reporting on resource utilization, project health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Present new metrics and reporting approaches, gather feedback, and support rollout.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with other teams.
• Own initiatives from start to finish, communicating progress and resolving issues.
• Support light administration of the team’s project delivery platform by managing permissions, roles, and fields.
• Explore the use of AI tools to enhance internal workflows and reporting.
