People Manager - Tech Delivery Poland

• Academic background in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Over 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Experience navigating large organizations and working with distributed teams.
• Experience supporting lean-agile transformation through advocacy, engagement, and leadership.
• Background within software development.

• Own workforce planning and manage the entire local employee and consultant lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues in Poland to support career growth, engagement, psychological safety, accountability, and inclusive team culture.
• Build partnerships with product, engineering, architecture, validation, and business leaders to align capabilities with priorities and support delivery across distributed teams.
• Strengthen engineering and operational excellence through modern software practices.
• Develop the Poland IT Hub as a connected community through knowledge sharing, office activities, and employer branding.
• Manage local suppliers and commercial relationships, including rate benchmarking and negotiation.
• Provide guidance on Polish working conditions and compliant engagement of external consultants, acting as escalation point and partnering with legal, procurement, HR, and finance.
• Contribute to ADI R&D Tech Delivery leadership agenda by translating strategic priorities into clear goals and execution for the Poland organization.
