AI Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience
• Practical good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C#, or Java
• Experience delivering applications including designing and implementing services, APIs, integration, working with databases and automated tests
• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology
• Participation in at least one AI project used by real users with a clear contribution to code and architecture
• Practical use of AI tools or agents in the software development process to refine requirements, plan changes, implement, create tests, and documentation
• Ability to verify generated code and include AI tools in a repeatable, controlled software delivery process
• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments
• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities

• Design and implement AI-based applications and services, including LLMs, considering business logic, integration, and error handling
• Identify areas for automation and optimization using AI
• Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring
• Implement security, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements in cooperation with security, legal, and compliance teams
• Optimize AI solution performance and costs
• Document and standardize technical processes
