Senior Fullstack Engineer (Rust, Go, Python)

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using one or more of: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, with React for front-end work.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design principles.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and CI/CD platforms.
• Proven ability to operate independently and communicate effectively in a globally distributed team.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven engineering solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain reusable services and components for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and operate distributed systems handling large volumes of global traffic with performance and reliability.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions focusing on user impact, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Define, run, and interpret experiments using data and experimentation frameworks to measure impact and iterate on solutions.
• Contribute to and improve engineering standards across the stack, including performance, security, and observability.
