Senior IT Enterprise Architect

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting
• Experience designing and implementing architectures for large organizations and leading complex transformation initiatives
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI, and hybrid/on-premise architectures
• Understanding of business, application, data, integration, technology, and security architecture interdependencies
• Experience creating technology strategies, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps
• Knowledge of architectural solutions and patterns related to AI, data platforms, application modernization, APIs, integration, and automation
• Ability to combine business and technology perspectives and translate complex topics into clear recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration at all organizational levels
• Regular use of AI-based technologies and tools for automation, information analysis, and content preparation
• Verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
• Adaptability to project work and change typical for consulting environments

Nice to have:

• Architectural and cloud certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI
• Experience in architecture modeling tools like ArchiMate, UML, LeanIX, or other EA tools
• Knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, data governance, MLOps, or AI governance
• Experience in cloud transformation projects, cloud migration, application modernization, or platform engineering
• Understanding of cybersecurity, digital resilience, IAM, network architecture, and compliance
• Familiarity with methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMP
• Experience conducting architectural workshops and working with senior management

• Collaborate with client management and IT leaders to define target enterprise and IT architectures and technology development directions
• Develop technology strategy and roadmaps that encompass cloud, on-premise, and hybrid cloud environments
• Design and assess solution architectures including applications, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and AI technologies
• Analyze existing IT environments, identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities, and prepare architectural recommendations
• Define principles, standards, and models for architecture governance within organizations
• Assess opportunities for cloud, AI, automation, and new technologies to achieve client business goals
• Support clients in decisions about application modernization, cloud migration, system integration, and platform development
• Collaborate with experts in Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, FinOps, IT Operations, and Enterprise Transformation
• Prepare analyses, architectural documentation, target models, recommendations, and stakeholder presentations
• Assist teams in offer creation and building new value propositions for clients
