Solution Architect

Haleon is a purpose-driven consumer health company with a portfolio including brands such as Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, and Centrum®. The company focuses on delivering better everyday health with humanity and operates a Digital & Technology (D&T) department where this role is located.

• Experience as a Solution Architect in Digital/Technology environments with strong hands-on system design.
• Ability to translate business needs into implementable architectures and govern delivery.
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows in enterprise.
• Experience designing Commercial solutions within CRM/customer engagement ecosystems and Salesforce-centric strategies.
• Skills in logical architecture, integration, data flows, and non-functional design.
• Ability to guide pragmatic minimum viable architecture to accelerate delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience embedding security, privacy, and compliance in solution designs.

Preferred:

• Experience working with enterprise architecture standards and governance models at scale.

1. Solution Architecture & Design (Commercial):

• Produce architectures covering functional and non-functional requirements including scalability and operability.
• Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and integration patterns.
• Align designs with Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion, Customer Engagement, and Commercial Analytics.

2. Salesforce-Aligned Solution Design:

• Work within Salesforce-centred architecture strategy to reduce fragmentation.
• Partner with Salesforce platform specialists and delivery teams on configuration patterns and data models.

3. Integration, Data & Cross-Domain Alignment:

• Design integrations with enterprise domains such as ERP, supply chain, and data platforms.
• Define APIs, middleware patterns, and data flows for secure end-to-end processes.

4. Architecture Governance & Delivery Assurance:

• Provide implementation governance including design reviews and build alignment.
• Ensure documentation of architecture decisions and surface risks and dependencies.

5. Security, Privacy & Compliance by Design:

• Embed security and privacy requirements aligned to Haleon standards and regulations.
• Ensure data handling and access support auditability and privacy.

6. Standardisation, Reuse & Simplification:

• Promote reuse of reference patterns to reduce bespoke builds.
• Recommend simplified architectures aligned with strategic platforms.

7. Stakeholder & Community Collaboration:

• Bridge Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Delivery stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture communities of practice.
