Senior Fullstack Mobile Software Engineer

Our client is a family-owned German company with over 80 years of experience delivering excellent technology and unique audio experiences. The position is to build a new R&D Team in Poznan, influencing the future of the technology department and contributing actively to the company's transformation.

• 5–8 years of experience in fullstack development with substantial frontend ownership on cloud-native apps.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with depth in at least one.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter/Dart for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Proficiency in backend development using C#, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services including Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices, particularly with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud security practices including Azure AD, OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems independently.
• Proven mentoring or leadership of other engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with audio technologies, e.g., Web Audio API, audio streaming.
• Familiarity with real-time audio processing and media delivery.
• Experience with Azure Media Services.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven design using Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Logic Apps.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Passion for audio technology and industry challenges.

Frontend Development & Architecture:

• Lead development of responsive and intuitive interfaces using React, Angular, Vue.js, and/or Flutter.
• Integrate frontend components into the broader stack and set technical direction and best practices.

Backend & Cloud Development:

• Build and maintain cloud-native backend services on Azure (Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, AKS).
• Use Azure Blob Storage, Media Services, and Event Hubs for audio file processing.
• Develop RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and WebSocket services for low-latency communication.

Data & Performance:

• Design and optimize large-scale audio data storage using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and other NoSQL solutions.
• Own performance, scalability, and security with focus on real-time processing and low-latency operations.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Lead technical reviews and coordinate with product, design, engineering, and audio teams.
• Take technical responsibility and contribute to resourcing and planning.

Engineering Practices:

• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Define testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Champion security best practices to ensure compliance in managing audio content.
