AI Integration Architect - RDT Data Platforms

• Over 8 years of experience as an Integration Architect or SME integrating enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Snowflake, and Veeva.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures (EDA).
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare is a strong plus.
• Hands-on expertise with next-gen AI protocols (MCP, A2A), agentic workflows, Skills, LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector search.
• Technical proficiency with integration and streaming platforms including MuleSoft, Solace, Apache Kafka/Confluent, AWS Kinesis, REST/gRPC microservices.
• Experience with identity and security architecture including OAuth2, OIDC, On-Behalf-Of token exchange, and identity propagation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proactive mentorship and a high-performing, hands-on mindset balancing execution and architectural goals.

Enterprise Integration & AI Strategy:

• Formulate and execute enterprise architecture strategy for enterprise action layer enabling governed access through APIs, events, and agent protocols such as MCP and A2A.
• Redefine integration patterns supporting new protocols and establish reference architectures and design standards for Skills, Agentic AI, and event-driven AI workflows.
• Define, publish, and execute governance standards and controls for AI integrations, including Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), API/MCP/Event design reviews, and security frameworks.

Architectural Governance & Platform Engineering:

• Design, standardise, and govern enterprise MCP servers and client architectures ensuring secure, scalable, and standardized access for AI agents to enterprise data.
• Architect and deliver low-latency, resilient streaming pipelines leveraging platforms like MuleSoft, Solace, and Apache Kafka on AWS and Kubernetes.

Next-Gen AI Protocols & Innovation:

• Evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of novel protocols (MCP, A2A), agentic workflows, and AI ecosystem standards.
• Build high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs) validating agentic integration patterns, RAG, and AI skills.
• Collaborate with internal Data & AI streams and product teams, serving as mentor and advocate for modern integration patterns.

Strategic Collaboration & Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, enterprise architects, and business leads to align technical capabilities with business strategy.
• Promote design-first and protocol-driven thinking advocating standardized Integration/AI tools across product lines.

The position requires physical presence in the office on average two days per week as part of a hybrid work model.
