IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

They have a decade-long relationship with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, providing support on over 60 projects with more than 200 personnel. The client operates in the financial services sector across Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, focusing on digital business banking solutions.

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience translating business needs into IT requirements
• Hands-on experience defining features and user stories
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners on product and release roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to coordinate dependencies and resolve delivery blockers
• Team-oriented, open, and transparent approach
• Knowledge of digital banking or web application architecture (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Figma or other design/prototyping tools (nice to have)

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions
• Define features and user stories based on business requirements
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Design
• Cooperate with Product Owners on product and release planning
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and delivery quality
• Support manual testing of business and maintenance features
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Work collaboratively in an agile environment
