Junior Web Project Manager

Larian Studios is a game development studio recognized for its high-quality role-playing games, including Baldur's Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2. The studio has over 500 employees spread across 7 studios worldwide and focuses on delivering top-caliber games.

• Strong organisation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Some experience in project coordination, team support, or administration.
• Advanced experience with Jira.
• Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
• Proactive and helpful attitude.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and personalities.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.
• Some knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices.

• Help the team stay organised and keep track of project activities.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating Jira tickets and boards, including priorities and statuses.
• Track action items and follow up with their owners.
• Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication between the team and other departments.
• Organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities.
• Maintain project documentation and shared materials.
