SharePoint Solution Architect

Yard Corporate is a company recruiting for a senior SharePoint Solution Architect to work within a leading global enterprise focused on modern collaboration and business solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or comparable architecture role.
• Strong experience designing and implementing SharePoint-based and enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration approaches.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams and promoting architectural best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in large, global enterprise environments.
• Understanding of data platform and integration architectures.

• Design end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and enterprise architects to define and deliver technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and integration approaches to support current and future business needs.
• Lead integration of new solutions with existing platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
• Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify architectural risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive architectural reviews and promote best practices across delivery teams.
• Mentor engineers and solution teams, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to improve collaboration and productivity solutions.
