Lead Technical Product Manager - Rail Integrations

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with major online retailers like Google Maps and Booking.com. They operate a cutting-edge B2B technology platform and are headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Recently, they received $80m in Series C funding and are focused on expanding their global network of transport providers and retailers. The role is within the Supply domain, specifically the Rail Integrations team, responsible for onboarding carriers by integrating external systems and harmonising data structures.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical or API products, owning full lifecycle of integration products.
• Deep technical fluency with APIs, including reading documentation, working on data schema decisions, and identifying integration edge cases.
• Experience delivering B2B integrations with external partners or enterprise clients, managing technical, commercial, and operational complexities.
• Fluent communication with stakeholders, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executives and engineers.
• Structured and delivery-oriented, providing clarity in ambiguous scopes and driving rigorous execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ground transportation data standards such as GTFS or NeTEx or experience in travel tech, mobility, or logistics.
• Experience in leading or excitement to manage a small team of technical PMs or analysts, including coaching and unblocking people.
• Exposure to high-load, high-availability platform environments.

• Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts, setting standards for technical excellence and ownership.
• Define the strategy for partner integrations with ground transportation operators worldwide.
• Drive automation to reduce time-to-live and build scalable integration infrastructure.
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing features that grow inventory and revenue.
• Engage C-level stakeholders to scope and deliver integrations unlocking new markets.
• Challenge and improve existing integration processes to raise standards.
