As a (Junior) IT Supporter at Coloplast Business Centre, you will support Coloplast employees globally by resolving a wide range of IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of services. The role involves providing remote and on-site support, contributing to service improvements, and participating in digital, data, and IT initiatives. You will work with global and local teams to maintain high-quality IT support and business continuity.

Wymagania

Experience in IT support/service desk, preferably in an international environment
Very good English (spoken and written)
Solid knowledge about IT systems in general (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
Good understanding of computer hardware and workplace IT technologies
Network basics including VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting
Availability to work in a 2-shift model (08:00–16:00 and 14:00/15:00–22:00/23:00) Monday to Friday

Nice to have:

Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, AutoHotkey)
Basic knowledge of ITIL

Obowiązki

Provide IT support to Coloplast employees worldwide via phone, e-mail, and request forms
Troubleshoot complex issues related to computers, mobile devices, printing, IT systems, user accounts, and access management
Resolve incidents and requests independently, including complex cases with extended permissions
Ensure all calls and emails are logged accurately within the ticketing system
Contribute to DD&IT initiatives such as testing, transitions, go-lives, and hypercare activities
Escalate more complex cases to the relevant DD&IT teams with clear, complete information
Provide on-site IT support to colleagues in the Szczecin office as part of the PitStop rotation
Support continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, keeping documentation up to date, and identifying improvement areas
