• At least 3+ years experience in similar roles such as 2nd and 3rd level Technical support, IT Analyst, Monitoring roles
• Ability to detect root causes of incidents and provide high-level solution analysis
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on long-term risk prevention and mitigation strategies
• Comfortable investigating complex SQL queries and relational databases
• Ability to develop strategies to predict, prevent, and address technical and operational bottlenecks
• Experience with tools like Jira, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic or other monitoring tools is a plus
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues minimizing business disruption
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate complex information simply
• Analytical, independent, and tech-savvy with capability to handle fast-paced environments and heavy context switching

• Take full ownership of high-level monitoring for company operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Lead management of escalations and incidents to drive swift resolutions and minimize impact
• Conduct in-depth technical investigations and collaborate on designing solutions for complex challenges
• Leverage data analysis to validate hypotheses, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities
• Support and lead strategic and operational projects influencing business direction and efficiency
• Identify and implement improvements in product and tech systems from operational perspectives
• Build, implement, and refine tools and processes, leveraging AI to scale operations
