Data & Al Consulting Manager (Pharma) (k/m)

EPAM's Data & AI Practice specializes in advising top global pharmaceutical companies on AI and data-driven commercial transformations.

• 10+ years experience in data, analytics, and/or AI domain
• 3+ years in product, delivery, consulting, or presales roles
• 5+ years experience in Life Sciences/Pharma with expert knowledge of Pharma Commercial domains
• Familiarity with industry data and platforms such as IQVIA, Veeva, SAP is a strong plus
• Experience managing data and AI products across full product lifecycle
• Ability to facilitate executive-level strategy discussions including value tracking
• Experience working with end-users on product design, UATs, and adoption measurement
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery across Cloud Data Platforms, BI/Reporting, Data Catalog, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic Systems
• Exposure to complex multi-market or cross-domain products and programs
• Proven leadership of project teams with 10+ individuals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Ability to manage customer expectations and explain AI capabilities and limitations
• Ability to frame presales opportunities into customer engagements
• Passion for Data & AI and commitment to continuous learning

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, owning delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction
• Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover data, analytics, and AI opportunities
• Design and drive executive workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Map customer vision and requirements to specific data and AI products, platforms, and solutions
• Envision, prototype, and oversee implementation of analytical solutions based on commercial domain expertise
• Engage with clients on strategic dimensions such as value realization, governance, and operational change management
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams, bridging business needs with technical delivery
• Participate in team structuring and project staffing decisions
• Partner with account managers to build and retain strategic customer relationships
• Partner with business development for pre-sales and up-sales initiatives
• Develop analytics products in sales & field force, marketing & brand, customer engagement, market access, and commercial data foundation
• Implement AI & conversational analytics solutions including natural-language query assistants and automation of commercial reporting
