Senior IT Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

DCG is a recruitment company that supports growth and provides continuous partnership in recruitment projects. The role is within digital banking projects.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience translating business needs into features, user stories, and IT requirements
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and supporting product and release roadmap planning
• Strong ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Very good communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions
• Define features and user stories in cooperation with Product Owners and other stakeholders
• Drive delivery activities in close collaboration with Business, IT, Design, and other teams in an Agile environment
• Coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors, ensuring alignment and appropriate quality
• Support Product Owners in planning product development and release roadmaps
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team challenges to ensure smooth delivery
• Support manual testing of new business functionalities, enhancements, and maintenance-related changes based on current priorities
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery process
