Senior EUC Manager

The company is a global consumer goods organization operating across multiple international markets. It provides products and solutions in areas such as health, hygiene, and nutrition. Its portfolio includes a broad range of consumer-focused products and services covering health and wellness, hygiene and household solutions, and nutrition and specialized consumer products.

• Minimum 5 years of technical IT experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune environments at scale (10,000+ users).
• Experience with deployment and management of Windows 10/11 in large, geographically spread organizations (15k+ devices).
• Experience with deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps using MS Intune/Office Portal.
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot deployment.
• Understanding of licensing approaches and user licensing SKUs.
• Experience with identity and application access management (Active Directory / Azure AD).
• Experience working in remote/virtual global teams.
• Experience managing outsourced/offshore project and support teams.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Good commercial focus.
• Process and ITIL documentation skills.

• Experience in GxP environments.
• Experience with organizational migration, divestment, or deployment.
• Experience participating in migration projects or large-scale organizational transformations.

• Own and manage the End User Computing (EUC) service supporting 35,000+ employees and partners globally.
• Define and drive the EUC product and technology roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership for endpoint architecture and solutions.
• Oversee support, maintenance, and availability of the EUC environment.
• Lead and manage outsourced support and service delivery partners.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point.
• Lead and coordinate service transitions between external providers.
• Design, review and approve technical and architectural changes within the EUC domain.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Architecture, Procurement, Privacy, and other IT teams.
• Evaluate new technologies, products, and vendors and recommend solutions.
• Manage EUC-related licensing, subscriptions, support costs, and budgets.
• Establish and promote EUC standards, best practices, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve technologies, processes, and services.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management.
