CPQ/ Digital Commerce Solution Architect

Hitachi Energy is hiring for a role focused on designing and delivering innovative sales and commerce solutions, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, Conga CPQ, and Digital Commerce. The opportunity involves influencing the sales ecosystem and contributing to the development of the Center of Excellence. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software architecture and design.
• Experience with Conga RLP Conga CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Angular and C#.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as Mulesoft and APIs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience in the Energy sector or B2B market is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cloud technologies.

• Define the CPQ and Digital Commerce technical solution ensuring alignment with Salesforce, ERP, and other integrated applications.
• Engage in requirements engineering to determine business needs met by standard or customized solutions.
• Collaborate with users to understand sales processes and identify improvements.
• Support validation and prioritization of business demand with Product Owners and consultants.
• Translate functional designs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Communicate technical specifications to development teams.
• Participate in unit testing and support UAT testing and defect resolution.
• Define architectural rules, principles, and guidelines for CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions.
• Determine and incorporate non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and security.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on CPQ, Salesforce, and Digital Commerce technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate during projects and problem management to maintain and evolve sales and commerce solutions.
