Senior IT Analyst (with testing support)

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs and partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of digital banking or web application architecture
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Analyze and document business needs, translating them into clear IT requirements to support scalable and sustainable solutions
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Design, in an agile environment
• Actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries
• Support manual testing of business or maintenance features according to priorities
• Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to maintain smooth workflow

Candidates must be located in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, with mandatory presence in the office 3 days a week.
