Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE | Poland

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience building automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and operating production systems
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Experience improving system reliability, scalability, resilience, and performance
• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and operational excellence practices
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps environments

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade technology solutions
• Drive software delivery across the entire software development lifecycle, from design through production support
• Build and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve quality and accelerate releases
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and performance
• Define and monitor service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Champion observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline software delivery
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams
