GCP Senior Architect | Engineering Team

Our Cloud Engineering teams design and deliver cloud projects for clients in Poland and abroad in areas including cloud development, DevOps, integration, migration, data management, and infrastructure. They help clients strategize, design, implement, and migrate solutions using modern cloud technologies.

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and enterprise application architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience preparing technical proposals, statements of work, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing production-grade cloud solutions on GCP.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure architecture and application architecture.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, and delivery of large-scale cloud transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise solutions on infrastructure and application levels in production environments.
• Experience acting as Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Technical Lead, or Cloud Architect during project delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and modernization frameworks.
• Experience managing technical and business stakeholders, project risks, architecture decisions, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on technical involvement.
• Expertise in cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Experience with application modernization and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
• Cloud development expertise with ability to design cloud, GCP application architectures.
• Experience with microservices and container platforms.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures.
• Experience leading end-to-end cloud adoption and migration programs.
• Experience in AI/GenAI platform implementation and operationalization using Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Delivering measurable business outcomes through cloud and AI transformation initiatives.

• Work closely with GCP alliance leaders, industry leaders, and account executives to engage with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives from solution conception through implementation and production deployment.
• Act as the technical lead or chief architect for GCP projects.
• Provide architectural governance throughout project execution ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices.
• Guide delivery teams in implementing cloud-native architectures, migration programs, and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making.
• Support customers throughout implementation, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design authority meetings, and technical quality assurance activities.
• Mentor engineers, cloud consultants, and project teams on GCP technologies and architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leaders to ensure successful project execution, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of cloud native development, DevOps, platform engineering, FinOps, and cloud governance best practices throughout project lifecycles.
