Wymagania

Experience as the first dedicated security hire or building security in a company without prior security.
Direct experience managing a real security incident.
Worked with data or material whose leaks have contractual consequences.
Accountable lead for SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit.
Ability to select security tools with justified costs.
Effective communication of technical security concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluent English in both writing and conversation; Polish is advantageous but not required.

Nice to have:

Experience with content licensor security requirements such as MPA Content Security Best Practices and TPN.
Experience working with distributed external contributors and remote workstation models (VDI).
Understanding of the impact of pre-release leaks in games or media industries.

Obowiązki

Make the company ready for security incidents through scenarios, roles, decision paths, tabletop exercises, and logging evidence.
Qualify the company to handle top-tier confidential material by mapping licensor requirements and closing gaps.
Organize external collaboration with risk tiers, contractual security requirements, onboarding/offboarding, and secure working models.
Secure critical assets such as publishing accounts, build signing keys, and production environment access.
Lead the SOC 2 audit from defining scope to selecting auditors and compliance platforms.
Choose and implement baseline security tools including device management, endpoint protection, email, code, and secret scanning.
Collaborate with producers and developers to foster cooperative security practices.
