Release Manager – Cloud Migration (f/m/x))

B2Bnetwork is conducting a long-term cloud migration program involving the coordination of business and technical changes across multiple development teams and stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including in Release Management.
• Practical experience in change management and release management.
• Experience in cloud migration projects is a key requirement.
• Experience in independently coordinating end-to-end change and deployment processes.
• Ability to work with multiple development teams and business stakeholders.
• Skills in managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Experience working in formal, controlled change/release processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency enabling work in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Manage change management and release management processes within the cloud migration program.
• Coordinate business and technical changes and their implementation.
• Collaborate with multiple application development teams during change planning and execution.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and potential blockers related to deployments.
• Coordinate information flow between technical teams, business units, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure change/release processes comply with organizational procedures and standards.
• Monitor deployment readiness and conduct follow-up actions.
• Coordinate change communication, knowledge sharing, and user preparation for new solutions.
