SAP Functional Specialist

emagine Polska is recruiting for a role based in Stockholm focusing on SAP implementation in logistics and retail sectors.

• 12+ years of experience within SAP Logistics Execution / SAP SD and participation in 3 implementations and 2 support projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP MM, specifically relating to STO processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC integration with SAP EWM and 3PL WMS systems.
• Strong experience in Warehouse to Store & Warehouse to Warehouse Inventory moves.
• Experience working with retail clients or organizations.
• Strong understanding of overall supply chain and logistical processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Logistics Execution & SAP SD configuration, requirement/gap analysis, creation of functional specifications, user training, documentation, and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
• Ability to explore alternatives and identify optimal solution approaches.
• Good understanding of wholesale business processes and SAP solution configuration.
• Experience with enhancements involving RICEFW objects using APIs, BAPIs, and BADIs.
• Ability to design custom solutions.
• Experience in e-transport solutions.

Nice to have:

• ABAP debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience integrating with external systems.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Good MS Office skills for documentation and presentations.
• Experience with SAP S4.
• Experience in SAP Retail.

• Manage the full software implementation lifecycle, including configuration in SAP, test planning and execution, deployment to test and production systems, and support during and after go-live.
• Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to Inbound & Outbound B2B backbone, collaborating with AM teams when necessary.
• Optimize existing Inbound & Outbound B2B backbone solutions for performance and efficiency.
