Wymagania
- Experience with Genesys Cloud & Engage, CCaaS, Splunk, GitHub, Jira, Oracle SBC, Nuance Gateway, Pindrop fraud detection, Nuance Voice Server, Oracle Database Server 19c.
- Ability to define and evolve test automation platforms and processes.
- ITIL certification (v3 or later) and understanding of service management practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- History of working in large, global financial or IT organizations.
- Willingness to work non-standard business hours (sporadically).
- Industry certification (preferred).
Obowiązki
- Validate routing configurations, scripting changes, and chatbot/AI updates in contact center applications.
- Ensure end-to-end customer and agent journeys are tested, translating business and technical requirements into clear test scenarios.
- Verify seamless communication between Genesys and telephony components.
- Define and maintain detailed test plans collaborating with development, implementation, and support teams.
- Test cloud-based platforms, focusing on Genesys Cloud and AWS environments.
- Assist with CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and oversee release deployment.
- Deliver quality assurance in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Provide hands-on testing support, including coaching engineers to improve testing discipline.
- Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira, ensuring system changes do not impact live agent productivity.
- Support reporting on testing progress, including milestones, blockers, defects, and risks.
- Interact with third-party vendors to align with company priorities and goals.
- Drive continual service improvements (CSI).
