Data & AI Engineer (Kraków / Wrocław / Warsaw, Poland)

• MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient software engineer with fundamentals of computer science and experience applying software engineering, machine learning, and statistical methods to business problems.
• Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Pragmatic attitude and active involvement in engineering aspects.
• Good presentation and communication skills to explain complex concepts.
• Strong teamwork and client-facing skills, comfortable presenting to business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% mainly within Europe.
• Fluent in French and/or German.

• Work on diverse areas including cloud engineering and infrastructure, data engineering and ETL, machine learning, and data science.
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges, design, and implement solutions.
• Evaluate, compare, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to engineering and implementation of systems ranging from small proofs-of-concept to large end-to-end data systems.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Use software best practices including continuous integration and delivery, versioning, and data evolution.
• Work in multi-functional agile teams to experiment, iterate, and deliver new product objectives.
