Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Future Processing is involved in an internal project consolidating currently dispersed Sales, Presales, and Marketing tools into one Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, aiming to transform the sales process.

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, any module.
• Good knowledge of configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including data model, tables, relations, forms, views, and business rules.
• Experience creating Dynamics extensions using C#/.NET and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
• Ability to assess when requirements can be met with standard Dynamics 365 capabilities versus customizations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently on assigned areas and collaborate with BA, QA, developers, and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse SDK.
• Experience with Azure services used in integrations (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Application Insights).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / MSA mechanisms.
• Experience migrating data between CRM systems.

• Develop and configure solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 supporting Sales, Presales, and Marketing.
• Implement business requirements primarily using standard Dynamics 365 features and create extensions/customizations when appropriate.
• Work on data models and Dataverse configuration.
• Create extensions and integrations with other systems and services.
• Participate in migration of data and functionalities from HubSpot and existing Dynamics environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and the technical team to analyze requirements and propose implementation methods.

• English language proficiency minimum B2 required.
• Work mode is hybrid; location in Gliwice, Poland.
