People Analytics & Transformation Consultant

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with HR, workforce or organizational data is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Good knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and preferably Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI or another Business Intelligence tool.
• Understanding of data preparation, transformation, integration and data quality principles.
• Experience working with different data sources and building automated or repeatable analytical solutions.
• Strong interest in consulting and business transformation, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in projects and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as employee lifecycle, engagement, talent management or workforce planning will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI or prompt engineering is an advantage.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, NLP or cloud technologies is a plus.
• Fluent English and German.
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Support People Analytics and HR transformation projects for national and international clients.
• Work with HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, transform, and integrate data from different HR and business sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions, preferably using Power BI.
• Use SQL, Python, and Excel to manipulate, analyse and structure data.
• Support the development and automation of recurring reporting and analytical processes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, practical business recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, workforce cost analysis and other data-driven transformation topics.
• Work closely with consultants and subject-matter experts to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support the use of AI and automation in analytics and consulting processes.
• Participate in project planning, stakeholder meetings, and the delivery of consulting projects.
• Contribute to developing best practices, analytical methodologies and knowledge sharing within the team.
