Obowiązki

Act as the primary technical point of contact for AutoETL/CVMS users; analyze user queries regarding tables, data definitions, and usage, and drive incidents to complete resolution.
Perform end-to-end incident triage, root-cause analysis (RCA), code/fix implementation, validation testing, and detailed runbook documentation.
Maintain and enhance Power BI and SQL Server monitoring dashboards to detect system anomalies early and apply preventive measures.
Design and implement fixes, performance optimizations, and maintenance scripts within MS SQL Server and SSIS packages to improve system scalability and stability.
Advanced SQL skills and SQL optimization in enterprise MS SQL Server environments.
