DevOps Engineer (Mid)

Dolineo Sp. z o.o. is a company located in Lublin, Poland, seeking to develop and maintain reliable environments and automate processes with emphasis on practical use of AI and cloud technologies.

• Several years of experience maintaining production web applications on AWS and Linux servers.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration in production environments (Docker, Docker Swarm), reverse proxy, and TLS.
• Experience with AWS components (EC2, ASG, ALB, RDS, CloudWatch) or similar cloud environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Alertmanager.
• Ability to automate tasks using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Ability to diagnose issues and communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
• Openness to new technologies and conscious use of AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of security concepts: secrets management, permissions, updates, and vulnerabilities.
• Good organizational skills, timeliness, and responsibility for tasks.
• Ability to document solutions and share knowledge.
• English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Knowledge of Helm and configuration management.
• Experience with serverless solutions.
• Practice in optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Participation in incident handling and post-mortem creation.
• Knowledge of SRE concepts like SLI, SLO, and error budget.
• Experience with AI tools supporting programming, log analysis, documentation, or automation.
• Own projects, technical labs, or open source activity.
