Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, understanding roles such as mid and senior level.
- Fluent communication skills in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and independent end-to-end recruitment capability.
- Proficient with ATS systems and MS Office, including Excel.
- Own network of contacts in the IT industry is a plus.
- Organized and able to work both in a team and independently.
Obowiązki
- Sourcing IT candidates (active and passive).
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process (Poland and international markets).
- Building and maintaining relationships with consultants throughout projects.
- Improving recruitment tools and processes.
- Engaging in employer branding activities such as writing posts and attending fairs.
