System & Business Analyst (Payments)

Britenet is a company operating in the payments domain, maintaining and enhancing well-established enterprise systems in the banking and financial services sector.

• Proven experience as a System & Business Analyst.
• Professional experience in payments, banking, or financial services.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML (including sequence, class, and activity diagrams).
• Experience working with Enterprise Architect.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of system integrations and REST API.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions, gather information effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving.
• Professional maturity, accountability, and willingness for long-term cooperation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle.

• Analyze business requests and requirements submitted by clients.
• Perform both business and system analysis (approximately 50% / 50%).
• Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create analytical documentation and process/system models using BPMN and UML.
• Analyze system integrations and document REST API.
• Support analysis related to compliance initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams during implementation.
• Elicit knowledge from business experts and coordinate information flow across stakeholders.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of existing payment solutions in a stable system landscape.
