Senior AWS Developer

• Strong experience with Python and broad knowledge of many AWS services.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Practical understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Awareness that security is fundamental in delivering solutions within the AWS context.

Nice to have:

• Non-functional testing experience.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance against regulatory processes.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.

• Lead major incident investigations and provide on-call support.
• Collaborate with application teams to deploy applications to AWS.
• Develop automation solutions using Python.
• Write Terraform scripts as needed.
• Upgrade and develop new security controls.
• Enhance compliance dashboards.
• Provide 24/7 global support and coverage on a rotational basis.
• Balance development and support tasks with autonomy for creative work.
• Manage projects with junior colleagues.
