Software Engineer

• Strong software engineering skills in Node.js and/or Java
• Expertise in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL for data modelling and query optimization
• Web UI development experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Knowledge of agentic application engineering including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
• Expertise in integration patterns such as MCP, tool/function calling, and API design
• Production engineering mindset covering security, resilience, performance, observability, and automated testing
• Solution design and architecture skills for internal platforms and tooling
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder collaboration in a global environment

• Design, build and maintain internal tooling supporting Future State Architecture (FSA) across CTO Platforms with focus on production-grade reliability and usability
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java, integrating with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Build and enhance web UI components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks for architects and engineering teams
• Apply agentic engineering practices to orchestrate autonomous AI agents that build, test and deploy software with controls and observability
• Implement robust integration patterns such as MCP and tool/function calling to connect tools consistently and safely across the architecture ecosystem
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers and stakeholders to translate architecture needs into clear technical designs and deliverables
• Ensure solutions comply with engineering standards including security, performance, resilience, testing and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement including code reviews, automation and operational support of live services
