• Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring, system administration, observability, or IT process automation
• Practical knowledge of Zabbix, Grafana, and Ansible
• Strong technical skills and independence in solving complex infrastructure and operational problems
• Experience working with Linux systems and IT environment automation
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal clients
• Cooperative attitude, patience in listening to user needs, and ability to work under pressure
• Proactiveness, initiative, and readiness to act in a dynamic technological transformation environment
• Ability to combine technical competences with customer-oriented and service quality approach
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
• Proficiency in English enabling cooperation in an international environment

• Maintain, develop, and optimize monitoring, observability, and automation platforms used globally
• Administer and develop solutions primarily based on Zabbix, Grafana, and Ansible ensuring high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with internal clients by analyzing requests, identifying problems, and delivering effective solutions
• Create and develop dashboards, alerts, automation, and processes supporting service and infrastructure monitoring
• Participate actively in transformation projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures
• Proactively identify areas for automation and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Work closely with global IT teams operating in a distributed model
