CyberArk Senior Engineer / PAM Specialist

• Minimum 10 years in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• At least 5 years hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering experience in large enterprises.
• Proven experience managing privileged access processes and compliance-driven security controls.
• Experience supporting SOX-regulated environments and working with auditors.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, and enterprise server platforms.
• Skills in CyberArk PAM, privileged account security, IAM, SOX compliance, server onboarding, platform patching, troubleshooting, access certification, security operations, and stakeholder management.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+ or equivalent.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or CyberArk automation tools.

• CyberArk Defender - Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• CyberArk Defender Certification (CD)
• CyberArk Sentry Certification (CS) preferred
• CyberArk Guardian Certification (CG) desirable

• Manage privileged access requests following governance, approval workflows, and security policies.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and operational support for CyberArk infrastructure, vaults, and integrations.
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance tuning.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements including SOX compliance, access reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and remediation.
• Onboard new servers, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged identities into CyberArk.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Application teams to resolve access issues.
• Monitor platform performance, identify security risks, and implement improvements to access controls.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Participate in security incident investigations involving privileged accounts and access controls.
• Support initiatives to increase automation, improve compliance reporting, and enhance access governance.
