SAP IT Retail Manager (m/k)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects, particularly in the Retail domain.
• Very good knowledge of SAP system and business processes related to trade, purchasing, logistics, and master data management.
• Experience in configuration and implementation of SAP solutions and in business process analysis and optimization.
• Participation in full project cycles from requirements analysis through implementation and post-implementation support.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to conduct workshops, testing, and training for users.
• Knowledge of SAP integration and basic ability to read ABAP code is an additional advantage.
• Good command of Polish and English languages.
• Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Leading implementation, transformation, and development projects in SAP Retail and integrated systems supporting trade and logistics processes.
• Testing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions, including integration between SAP and external systems.
• Designing, configuring, and developing solutions in SAP Retail and cooperating applications in Master Data Management, workflow, and trade and supply chain processes.
• Maintaining and developing SAP Retail functionalities and integrations with supporting systems for Retail and Supply Chain processes.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical SAP and integrated IT system solutions.
• Collaborating with IT teams, suppliers, and business partners in development, integration, and optimization of SAP-based solutions.
• Monitoring application operation, interfaces, and integrations; identifying issues and initiating improvements in SAP and related systems.
