Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions crucial for the tasks of the Agricultural Restructuring and Modernization Agency. They design, simplify, and expand systems, focusing on effective project execution in digitizing the Polish agricultural sector using modern technologies.

• Higher education in relevant fields or specialist courses in IT system architecture and corporate architecture.
• 2 years of experience for Architect or 3 years for Senior Architect in IT projects (more years required if secondary education).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including design, implementation, and development.
• Deep knowledge of IdentityIQ architecture, object model, connector mechanisms, and workflow engine.
• Experience in creating plugins and connectors.
• Experience integrating IdentityIQ with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Advanced programming skills in Java 17/21+ (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and BeanShell; knowledge of XML, JSON, PL/SQL, and REST API.
• Very good knowledge of Angular (version 16+) and TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of architectural patterns: Microservices, Modular Monolith, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS, DDD.
• Experience managing web application performance.
• Practical knowledge of data aggregation and correlation, Identity Refresh tasks, account management, permission granting, and revocation.
• Experience with Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules covering Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes, access requests, approval workflows, role management, and access reviews.
• Ability to design and implement integrations with applications via Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, GRPC, REST API.
• Familiarity with automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and evaluate them regarding security, performance, and system impact.

Nice to have:

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certificate.
• Experience in programming role.

• Designing architecture solutions in IdentityIQ and setting implementation standards.
• Designing and maintaining integrations and connecting new applications to IdentityIQ.
• Creating and developing workflows, rules, forms, and platform extensions.
• Automating identity lifecycle processes, permission granting and revocation, and access reviews; developing RBAC model and attribute-based access rules.
• Solving complex technical problems, optimizing performance, and participating in platform updates.
• Conducting code reviews, supporting the development team, and cooperating with business, security, and application owners in analysis, testing, and deploying changes.
• Managing a team of developers.
