Infrastructure Project Manager

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experts, providing innovative IT solutions for international clients. The client is a Polish clothing company from Gdańsk operating on over 25 markets with more than 2000 physical stores and a growing international e-commerce presence, focusing investments in IT as a key growth factor.

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing IT infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• English language proficiency enabling work in an international environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with network migrations, modernizations, and platform upgrades

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, and ITIL certifications
• Experience working in corporate or international environments

• Managing IT infrastructure projects such as migrations, modernizations, and deployments of networks, servers, and backup systems
• Creating schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinating technical teams and collaborating with external suppliers
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
• Reporting project status to stakeholders and management
• Collaborating with IT, security, purchasing, and operations departments
